Here are the maps for the Saturday ride. A very close eye is being kept on the weather, especially inland. The fastest way to get an alert that there is any change in the ride plans is to follow OCHOGRIDEALERT on Twitter. To do this on your phone, just text follow ochogridealert to 40404 and that’s it. Hopefully, it won’t be needed and Saturday will be a great ride.

It is time to make your reservations for the 2012 Orange Coast HOG Holiday Party. It is Saturday, December 8 and starts at 6pm.
The deadline to reserve your space is November 29, which is the same date as our November chapter meeting. You can sign up there, as long as you bring a two checks. It costs $15 per person and an additional check of $40 ($80 for couples) as a deposit is required. You will receive your deposit check back when you show up at the party. If you don’t show up, the deposit is forfeited.

The Temecula lunch ride has been moved to Sunday, December 16, 2012. It had been set for Saturday, but that puts it immediately after the December 14 CHOC Toy Run. This will give you a chance to rest up before the next ride, or get in another ride between the rides!

Due to logistical issues, the dates for the Solvang ride have been moved a week, so if you are planning on making that trip, please make sure your schedule is set right. You can see the latest on the Event Calendar page.
The Injured Warrior Run last Friday was a phenominal success. There were hundreds of bikes and hundreds more in attendence, counting the Marines on base.
